Our Roof Education Specialist, Andrew Itnyre, not only walked through the whole process, but was also a point of contact during the replacement. This was very valuable to me because we were unable to be at home that day. Despite the crazy hot Memphis weather at the time and the fact that our old roof had four (that's right, four) layers of shingles, the Master's crew completely replaced our roof in one day which was a huge win for us. Their high-quality materials and workmanship gave me piece of mind from completely replacing the flashing around the chimney and resealing that area to ensuring the roof was ready to add gutters. John and Joel were very hard workers and worked all day in the hot sun. They covered our bureaus, floors for us. They kept us updated with each step. The two men were Friendly, and such hard workers. He met the adjuster and they went over everything and all I had to do was sign! The guys got there early in the morning and they had that old roof off in no time and it was replaced just as quick. The clean-up? Totally awesome. I mean you couldn't tell they were even there! Only one problem and they came out the next day, inspected and repaired the problem.Larry, my installer, made sure the problem was fixed and fixed correctly! After storm damage in December we worked with Dillon Scruggs to decide on a new roof for our home that would match the style of our house better that the existing color. He helped us by having us in the showroom to see exactly the components that would make up our roof and by providing a few addresses of local roofs they had recently done to drive by and compare colors and options. Our installers, Pedro and his team, were an exceptional crew that were hardworking and careful. We were a little concerned because we were not replacing our existing gutters and did not want them damaged, but Larry was on site for the tear off, making sure none of our property was damaged in the process...including a new 39' camper stored on our property. We had a oversized 30 year old skylight that we decided to upgrade in the process, and they helped with that as well. Ashley in the office worked to make payment of insurance proceeds and our deductible an easy process. My husband and I certainly hope to not need a new roof anytime soon...but we do recommend Masters Roofing to anyone facing a re-roof due to age or storm (insurance) damage. They also informed us about the federal tax credits available if we went for solar options, which we did. Masters Roofing came out and inspected my roof from wind damage. Did a virtual inspection with my insurance company and my claim was approved within an hour. Ed explained the different in the shingles. I also went to their showroom to see the shingles on display. The work was done on the day selected. They found roof damage and repaired all of it. My roof was installed in one day. My yard, driveway and patio was swept for nails. Ed came out and swept it again to make sure we didn’t get a flat tire. Overall experience was excellent.
